You're welcome.
It's is very easy and simple to make a mod like this.
I can't do anything for CKIII (I don't own the game), Imperator (I can't mod it due to a long time know problem with Paradox support; a lot of player have this problem). Fortunately, I submited a request fot a similar mod into Imperator, and someone made it: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2414322279
For Victoria 3, maybe I will release this mod too.
For CKII and EUIV, I won't do it. But you can ! In the game files, folder common/defines, there is a file named "00_defines", I think. I just replaced the number for the slowest time speed, and deleted all the other lines, like this:
NDefines.NGame.GAME_SPEED_SECONDS = { 3.0, 0.5, 0.2, 0.1, 0.0 }
Also, how hard is it to make a mod like this? would you be able to put together something similar for other Paradox games? (namely Crusader Kings 3?) Just curious, that's all.
