Welcome to Custom Turret Designer!

The purpose of this mod is to not only customize the values of the turret and weapon but also select all available features and attributes. Build a cannon that shoots laser bolts! Build a battery-charged, heat-seeking plasma gun that can penetrate shields from a range of 200k!

This is the culmination of a lot of work and a lot of learning. With that said - this mod will have bugs! Please let me know if and when you come across them. Also, at this time, I am having trouble with lightning and swirling beam weapons - so only "straight" beam weapons are available at this point.

Before you ask, I do plan to add mining lasers in the future. I also plan to add an option the requires the player to pay a relative amount.

NOTE: I am continually reviewing and testing the mod in order to debug. Performance should continue to improve. As always, if you find a bug, please let me know!

Orion - They are not supposed to be the same thing. Custom Turret Designer of course allows the player to create any type of turret by selecting each property individually. The problem was that I don't know how the game would handle turrets that weren't possible in the game.

I need to post (and I will right now) that this mod is no longer supported.

the kink I notice the most is when you select a value for weapon damage in the second statblock, once you get to the 4th stat block you will notice your damage is always increased even when you select a value like 0.5 or 0 for damage in the 2nd statblock. many times it is increased exponentially

I appreciate your mods matt, but custom turret builder 4 and custom turret designer are not the same thing, custom turret builder 4 doesn't allow me to build slot 1 cannons, bolters, railguns or launchers. custom turret designer does, but it has a few kinks. I would appreciate you taking another look at this mod and working out some kinks.

all of your turret mods are not working anymore. pretty sure it has something to do with the new update, please get it fixed.
