-10 width infantry will get decimated by everything, do not build those unless in need to fill the line in early game
-20 width infantry should only have infantry battalions otherwise it lacks hp; with that in mind:
Always have artillery company if expected to stand up against enemy infantry, otherwise it just does not have enough soft attack to punish enemy infantry
AT support company to fight against light armor is viable in the early game.
-same with 40 width, artillery company adds quite a lot of soft attack and AT company adds hard attack for AT focused infantry; for AT dedicated divisions it is a good idea to replace an artillery battalion in 40 width infantry with 3 AT battalions
if possible, invest in AA company for everything if you don't have enough air superiority/enemy has loads of cas
I build 2 line BNs of AA or SPAA (+support AA, or SPAA) in all my XXs,
you want to mess with MY XXs, there's a price to pay .
