the scarecrow mod allready has trinket icons, weapon and armor icons, and skill/camping skill icons. realistically all you would have to do is movement, idle, investigation,camping , afliction, virtue and roster images. im just saying as a side project or something it (might not) be that hard to pull off considering you have base models to work with allready.:steamthumbsup:

@Grunk, at minimum heroes require 1 idle animation, 1 movement animation, at least 2 (ideally 3) big arts for affliction, virtue and roster imge, plus investigation and camping pose plus 7 icons for skills plus 8 icons for weapons/armors + varying amount of icons for their unique trinkets as well as trinkets themselves.
