Introduction to Me!
Hi my name is A Rescue Panda but most people just call me Panda. I have over 60 hours of playtime on GR atm and have reached level 120. I have done many tests to find fun and strong builds to play throughout the game and so I will be writing several written versions of build guides that i upload to my youtube channel which you can check out here! https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCnI_6nkly60dawvbHBalu9A?view_as=subscriber

If you want to watch this guide in video format you can check it out here!

Hope you enjoy it!
The General Playstyle
This is a build that works mainly on the Crown Prince (Cat). It requires a certain talent to be super effective but has potential to work on the dog if you so choose.

The general playstyle of the build is to be using your E ability to freeze enemies and proc energy blade and then snipe a crit with the piercing flame sniper rifle to one shot waves of enemies!

This build is a slower safer build to play in co-op mode but can easily be played in solo with proper positioning and E placement due to its CC abilities!
Ascensions
All of these ascensions are not mandatory and the build can be played without many of these but this would be the tier list of ones to aim for first.

1.Energy Blade
2.Hex Smoke
3.Pyrodominance
4.Elemental Rage
5.Enhancement Lasts
6.Blinding Sphere
7.Power Source

These are the best options to pick up for this build if you want it to be super successful. You can always pick up defensive Ascensions such as Advanced Shield, Elemental Shield or Cover Smoke if none of the above options are available. Also picking up Corrosive Damage for your gernades is never a bad idea on the Cat.
Gun Setup
Your main gun at the moment has to be the Piercing Flame. There is nothing better for the build as it does fire damage and a good scope for the build. Feel free to take this weapon up as high as you want. I have gotten it to +14 and seen crits of up to 291k damage spread among 3 targets with energy blade procs!

For the Main Weapon you are aiming for crit roles or the rare roll of increasing lucky after 3 crits. You can also hope to get the splatter roll where killing an enemy does a 10m aoe adding to your aoe clear potential!

Your secondary weapon changes based on the run. The top 2 weapons for this build are the Lightning Blast and the Goshawk.

Lets Talk Lightning Blast first. This weapon has a secondary fire that gives any bullet traveling through it a damage boost. Since the build has such high base damage and relies on standing still this is incredibly strong. It can also role with a special trait that allows the bullet to have an additional 50% lucky shot added on. More likely this build will be very strong early game but gets outclassed late game with some RNG factors!

Goshawk as a weapon is not that good or fun in my opinion. However it has the highest base crit multiplier making it an amazing gemini weapon for this build. Get a decent Gemini and Crit Piercing Flame and Pair it with a Goshawk to have a 10X+ crit multiplier for those big damage numbers!
Final Thoughts!
This build is incredibly fun to play and one of the most satisfying things is hitting an 80k crit and seeing the damage spread to the enemies around it. If you love seeing big damage numbers and killing big mobs with a single hit this is the build for you!

Special Thanks to Sir Slothington the original maker of the idea behind this build and the person who helped me perfect it!

If you liked this guide feel free to check out the video version where you can see some game play of my first elite fight using the build! A Like and Subscribe would be awesome!

Hey man i finished the game as well and i stumbled upon this build while checking for inspiration its pretty cool ill try it out thanks.
Also im leaving an award just because of the effort you put in to this it really is great and give a refreshing point of view instead of a boring dual wield demon lore build lmao.

Cool build! Only my second run ever on Elite and it was successful. It was fun and challenging, especially in Stage 3 where huge mobs required quite a bit of repositioning and quickscoping.

I actually prefer to prioritize Power Source a lot higher and Hex Smoke much lower. While Hex Smoke obviously will allow you to get the most absurd number possible, I liked having multiple charges because at some point stacking Hex Smoke is overkill. Which is kinda the point I know, but especially in a Solo Run I found it much more useful.
