1:Make sure you can open console (Button ~), but if you can't, you must enable it in options.(OPTIONS>KEYBOARD>ADVANCED>ENABLE DEVELOPER CONSOLE)

Step 2

2:After Opening console write down "cl_playermodel models/*MODELNAME*.mdl" in console.
Replace *MODELNAME* with any name from the model list.

I do not think you actually need to prefix the model-name "model/". Just this something like this should work:

cl_playermodel hgrunt
