• Go to Options and Enable Console
  
• Keybind the console to one button Ex: "\"
  
• Start a singleplayer game

One way to get this achievement is use Draps Menu User Tool. Simple do as follows:

• Subcribe to the tool http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=166775488
  
• Start Garry's Mod (If you have already you don't need to)
  
• Load into a game (single player is fine)
  
• Open up your spawn menu and got to the weapons tab.
  
• Go to the other section
  
• Select the Menu User Tool
  
• Wait 3-5 minutes!
