[MOD] Playstation Button Icons

These are simple Playstation button icons to replace the built-in Xbox icons when using a controller.

To install:

1) Download the patch file here[www.dropbox.com]

2) Make a backup copy of your "resources.bin" file in your main Chrono Trigger game folder.

3) Download Nyxo's CTExplore program here: http://www.rivernyxx.com/projects/download.php?pn=CT_Explore , and unzip the contents into a folder of their own somewhere.

4) Run the included CTExplore.exe, click File -> Open Archive, browse to your Chrono Trigger folder, and open your "resources.bin" file.

5) Click Patch -> Open Patch, then browse to where you downloaded the icon patch, and open it. Say No to the "Clear replacements?" popup.

6) Now click File -> Save Archive, let the progress bar finish, and then close CTExplore and you are good to go.

I haven't played this game for a long time. In my memory, the DS4 icon is OK. Maybe you can check the Orion1189's post

Sorry to bother you, but it seems that this mod is not compatible with the August 7th, 2018 update. The layout image for the button prompts has changed since the latest patches and it lacks some of the button images and extensions Square Enix made for the Keyboard and Mouse layout in the game settings.
