Unique Building - Twin Arena based on the Max Bell Center in Calgary AB.

Max Bell is a well known staple of hockey throughout Canada and host of the World Mac's Midget Tournament bringing in youth from around the world to compete in a week long tournament around Christmas.

Building has large radius for entertainment as like most arena's around the world they are used by thousands of people weekly.

Building is only around ~2k tris and doesn't need any DLC BUT some props used in base model are from Industries DLC.

I have left the front in the base model fairly clear so you can enhance it to suit your own city.

Custom MB HVAC system with rotating fan required for rooftop. Prosper's HVAC not required but adds to the finished model.

watching hockey from the sound booth is a legendary experience. also the nearby ctrain has some "interesting" characters.
