and, i will make new police officer and medic, fire fighter(use toothless head photo.)

of course, i like cheat vehicle. but, some one not like this.
so i'll make balance version too.

toothless car version have two type.
sky and low sky version
(because 911 helipad can capture crime but 112 can't. they only watch crime)

and.. other problem is... toothless police car cant access crime zone.
so i need more check or report bug section."
