You can find conflicts and such using RPFM, and can easily fix them.

No. You have a mod that's editing their stats, which overrides this mod. They should have 50 armour.

Are witch elves supposed to have 5 armor? my stats still say 5 but they have armor on.

Absolutely agree, though you could argue that having a female sorceress in full plate armor is fantasy too :P no big deal though
