설명
The player is extremely restricted with diplomacy, doubly so in multiplayer. This unrestricts the usual diplomacy options (peace, join war, non-aggression pact, military alliance, defensive alliance, military access), so now the player can have some sand in their sandbox.

Also works for multiplayer, now you two can create some unholy union that should never have been.

Update (27/06/20) - Now made it so that the AI can't offer ending their vassalage. This is an attempt at avoiding a hard-coded rebellion with Empire vassals.

It's only out of date by the date the mod was published. The out of date message has no bearing on the data being out of date.

Especially since this is done purely by a script.

You will have more diplomacy actions with other factions. You will need to end your turn the first time you add the mod.

how will i know it worked tho? all factions have moderate or high chance on Non aggre pact? is that it?

I do not test, and never will test, my mods on shit overhauls. You'll have to find out yourself.

The player can form allainces with any faction, outside of the hardcoded rebel and event factions.

Does this mod allow alliances within empire factions? I'm tired of my allied dwarves getting angry with a high loyalty state and taking an elector city
