Суть данного бага - это два бинда:
открываем консоль - f1
"bind 8 water.quality -1"
"bind 9 water.quality 2"
Если не работает, поменяйте настройку "Качество воды" на 2 и обратно на 0.

Нужно забиндить две команды "bind 8 water.quality -1" и "bind 9 water.quality 2"
Если не работает, поменяйте настройку "Качество воды" на 2 и обратно на 0.
