Vehicles can't run fast here.　This road is less likely to be selected by the A.I. because it takes longer to pass.
The speed is slower, so there is less noise.
There is no underground section.

in my contry is very normally the roads are diferents colors or indicatios because the drivers needs see the volocities with schoolzones or when staying in this parts

The most important thing is to distinguish it from normal roads.
The green is the color often used for school zone roads, In Japan.
