Hello CSGO community!

Firstly what is trust factor?
- Trust factor is the criteria that valve has implemented to match players together
- Certain things that can affect trust factor include: reports, commends, hours in game, overwatch cases, steam level, etc.
- Trust factor has 3 levels: Green, Yellow, Red

Green trust factor
- If you have green trust factor then CONGRATULATIONS!
- Having green trust factor means that you are a good member of the CSGO community

Yellow trust factor
- Yellow trust factor isn't very bad
- This usually means that you get reported occasionally or you abandon the game or you are a toxic player

Red trust factor
- Red trust factor is the worst as it means that you are reported very often

Ways to improve your trust factor:
1)
Reports
- The more you get reported the worst your trust factor becomes
- Do your best to not get reported, you shouldn't hack
- Don't report people randomly as if you are wrong then it will decrease your trust factor, what I recommend is to download the demo and then after confirming whether not he/she is hacking make you decision to report
* FOR SMURFS
- First of all please don't smurf as it ruins the gaming experience for those in lower ranks
- If you must smurf and want to have good trust factor then don't tryhard as those in lower ranks will report you
- Play less insanely :)

2)
Commends
- Commendations go a long way to improving your trust factor
- People generally commend each other for being nice, friendly or being a good leader, be a good teammate and you should get commends
- Maybe ask for commends at the end of the game

3)
Overwatch cases
- Do more overwatch cases and if you give the correct verdict then it should improve your trust factor

4)
Hours in game
- Having more hours in CSGO makes you seem more legit
- Eg: having 2000 hrs is more legit than a 30 hrs acc

5)
Steam level
- By investing money to increase your steam level you seem more legit
- Having things like artwork showcase and steam backgrounds makes your profile look better
- Also having +reps on your acc makes it look better
