Ceto Class Tactical Freighter [12 Slot]

The Bandua was a surprisingly capable and versatile design for its cost. However, as the Contingency's stake in the core expanded it was clear that a replacement was needed. The aging heavy freighter didn't have the hardpoint space to mount the massive class 3.5 mining lasers. To make matters worse, it couldn't operate alone without presenting a tempting target for persectutors. In cooperation with engineers from SivCorp Enterprises, the Ceto was prototyped. It was built with three central ideas in mind:

1. To serve as a test bed for advanced shipbuilding techniques learned from the SivCorp archive.
2. To have as many forward turret hardpoints as possible.
3. To meet or exceed all of the Bandua's mission-critical specifications.

In the end, the Ceto was considered a success, and would pave the way for the Sirona and Nyi Roro Mk. III.
