There is a very good Altera mod in workshop but it always breaks my game, so I just try to make my first mod during these days.

As a destroyer of civilizations, Altera has a huge buff when she tries to defeat others, and absorbs the energy of the civilization she destroys.

+100% production for units at war, all units +10 str attacking districts, no war weariness. Complete all researches which the civilization she defeats has completed.

UU: Huns Horse archer
Ranged cavalry units with 4 moves, 36 melee, 40 ranged, 2 range. Able to ZOC.

UB: Ger
Pillaging costs only 1 movement for cavalry units trained in this city. They also get +25% combat experience.

Agenda: Darwinist(Believes in survival of the fittest. Likes civilizations that are at war)
Preferred agenda: Nuke Lover
