Once you've cleared puzzle P-203 you'll have to deal with the Sphinx and answer her three randomly chosen riddles before you may pass. The answer to each riddle is entered in the form of a 3 digit code, that is based on the puzzle ID. Once you have the log book you can check the ID for every puzzle you've cleared.

Using this guide you can enter the correct code even if you may not have cleared the puzzle the code belongs to. The Sphinx will accept that answer (though she may have something to say about it).
