Locker

Descripción
This is a reworked version of mrofa's locker of "Clutter Furniture" with improved functionality.
This mod adds a locker to the game that is used to store a set of equipment.
It is most useful in a game with Infused / Infusion 2 mod installed and/or with mods that create a variety of apparel (and weapon) options, so that you can store equipment sets for specific needs and change them quickly.

There are three main operations that the locker offers to choose from (depending on the conditions):
  • Store equipment
    (when the colonist is wearing something and the locker is empty)
  • Put on stored equipment
    (when the colonist is naked and the locker has contents)
  • Swap equipment
    (when the colonist is wearing something and the locker has contents)
There are also several functions:
  • Assign/unassign an owner
    You can switch ownership at almost any time.
  • Set apparel forced
    (See below)
  • Empty the locker

Some features:


  • When a locker is built in a single-owner bedroom, it becomes the property of the bedroom owner; then, if you want, you can switch it to public mode manually.



  • The interaction menu displays information about the required time to complete the action, which is calculated based on the properties of each stored/worn apparel.



  • When set to "Forced on", all apparel that is put on will set forced, as if it was ordered to be worn by the player.



  • If the action was interrupted for some reason, you can resume it.



  • You may have already noticed that the overlay labels under the lockers are displayed with different brightness, where a dim label means that the locker is empty, and a bright one means that the locker has content.



  • When mouseover the locker, a tooltip appears that displays all the items it contains.
    (In this fig, there are two weapons in the locker, which is possible with the Dual Wield mod installed)



  • The more damaged an item, the redder its name in the content tab.

Ive searching for something like this but then the pawns dynamically change clothes depends of situation, let's say like when Winter comes

Yeah it makes it less tedious from click on pawn, find locker, click on locker, select change clothes to click pawn, click gizmo, then they go to their locker change clothes automatically.

is there a way to add a gizmo on a selected pawn, when the gizmo is pressed it will make them go to their assigned locker and swap clothes?

This is really the day saving mod for me. Thanks for the great work.
Would it be possible in the future version to add more methods to store equipment? A similar way like loading the transport pod would be a great relief when I just want to change 1 part of the stored equipment.

Thank you I figured the problem was on my part. Somehow the mod was uninstalled, now works well.

It is located in Architect -> Furniture tab after "Complex furniture" research is completed.
And there should be no compatibility issues with the mods you have named.

Hello I've downloaded this mod yesterday. I can't find the locker shown in these images anywhere. In wich tab is it located ? Is there a research needed? I've tried looking for it with the word locker, is there another name to it? I'm using ogrestack and deep storage, is there a problem with compatibility with those mods ?

would be neat if you can assign an area/zone to a locker and when a pawn is about to enter that zone they will first go to a locker they own to put the outfit in that locker
