2nd best is the generator powered bunkers:
these need:
oil
diesel
car battery
drive belt
to run then must be turned on to be accessed there are two on islands one above woodhaven and one near brightmore,the woodhaven is larger and is the most geared bunker

these are great as are much harder to loot as there is requirements as well as if parts are in the generator you can see whether or not somebody was there.

military locations are reliable to find guns but are often looted but good nonetheless

police stations are densely full of loot especially in their armories however it is ideal to have loot prior to looting them as they are contested and are often looted

Most Vehicles are inside of player's bases these can be destroyed with explosives

however there are tractors and quad bikes which cant be hoarded as they despawn so these are effective for getting around more so quad bikes.

Types:
Melee:

Melee weapons can only be used against wooden parts(un-reinforced)

however the sledgehammer can damage all types of base parts

best melee tools:

Primary:Sledgehammer obviously however it is extremely rare and spawns in toolboxes the red and black ones which spawn nails that one.

Tents are a way for bases to have extra storage slots however these are found in the world and just like vehicles can be hoarded however if found provide a good amount of storage each but must be placed on ground can not be placed on base parts flat ground preferably.

Craftable Kiosks are a way to store items in thin air and these items can be stored across servers and can not be stolen at all however this requires coins.It is advisible to store extra rare items such as scopes,ammo,suppressors that is what I do.

Despawn Timer of Bodies:20 minutes unless 20 dead bodies are created after the first one (only 20 dead bodies can be on the map at one time)
Shuffling stuff in the body inventory won't reset the timer; something must be added or removed. Doing that completely resets the timer for that body (it makes it as if it just dropped).

Adrenaline is one of the best items to sell
you can go to the hospital and farm it
+ is useless so

Alcohol sells for a lot of coins as well

Hunting for animals are good too. 3 deer pelts = 5 coins
3 wolf = 10 and
3 bear = 15

The only way you can acquire the 55,6 c mag is from the black market It is a rare spawn.

The chance of the extended 55.6 mag is 25% chance that an epic attachment will spawn and this is what it can spawn:

if you blow up a car before a restart it will spawn instantly else takes up to 2 hours ( useful for car freeing/raiding)

- If you are farming materials like wood, metal, etc. you can move away from the object you are hitting with incremental steps. Eventually the sound of you hitting the object stops, but you will still gain material (then you can better hear if someone is sneaking up on you)

- When you are farming materials, you can press TAB + Shift to open the Steam overlay. Your character will still farm in the background even when you release the mouse button (like autowalk for farming) (I change my steam overlay to end key)

- When crafting items, you can hover the mouse over the button "Craft item", and then spam your ENTER key. This is much faster and less teasing than clicking with the mouse (good for bulk crafting like wood/ gun powder and such)

You can hold mouse over an item in your inventory or inspect it to see it's state:
-old and dirty has actually no long lasting negative effect(you lose stamina temporarliy)
-seems fine is either fine or has radiation you can drop it and use walkie talkie to see if it has radiation
-smells strange WILL make you sick,if you have antibiotics or healing mushroom it can be worth eating anyways

A metal part spawns every 30 mins from the restart, up to 13 parts total per restart - which means the last part will spawn at 6h 30min from the server start
