Hauler 15K

Tracing its roots back to the IMC Reliquary C-7 submitted by Haurbus, the Hauler 15K is the result of a long list of amateur modifications, trials, and general abuse. Kind of like deep-frying a photo a couple dozen times, really.

At this point, it trades the original's affordability for armor, agility, and upgradability, without going overboard on the block count. While it's shown as a 7-slot craft in the photos, by the time you fill a few of the frameworks up, it should hit the 8-slot mark.

It works well as a general freighter or R-miner, and I have yet to see my AI captains getting stuck in asteroid fields with it. Doing an Iron/50% modification turns it into a good starter with 1.5K of cargo space, while the 200% treatment gives you a quick 130K of cargo space to carry away the leftovers from that sector you just nuked. It has plenty of internal framework for upgrades, and even has clearance for hangar bays later on.
