Introduction
A list of companions in Far Cry 5 (comrades in arms, fighters, guns for hire, specialists - whatever you want to call them).

The companions will help you attack enemies; they can also defend you whilst you are busy doing something else (e.g. they can stop you being attacked whilst fishing).

Each companion has two skills, being a bonus/benefit which can help you in the game.

Specialists
The nine Specialists have standard abilities/skills, which are available as soon as the character is placed in your roster.

The Specialists are (as can be seen in the picture to the right):
Boomer (dog), Nick Rye, Grace,
Cheeseburger (bear), Hurk, Jess,
Peaches (cougar), Sharky Boshaw, Adelaide Drubman

Fighters
The other companions (Fighters) have to earn their skills (the first skill unlocks when they have killed 5 enemies, the second unlocks with 12 kills).
Apparently, their skills are allocated randomly (although I have yet to confirm this).
However, if you dismiss any of your Fighters, and then hire them again during the same game, they will still have their same skills unlocked already.

This guide includes only some of the fighters available (more will be added).


Note: At this stage, Steam guides only allow ten thumbnails to be viewed per section; therefore, each section herein has been limited to ten thumbnails or less.

Fighters
Fighters can be recruited from amongst the general population of Hope County (although not all Hope citizens are fighters).

They can have two skills, which will unlock when they kill a number of enemies.
The first skill will unlock when a fighter has 5 skills; the second unlocks with 12.

Listed below are the fighters I have recruited in Far Cry 5.
(i.e. 68 fighters with unlocked skills)

Usefull but theres alot of fighter missing...
