Do you know Which work was it based on? Any book? I found it interesting because it is based on real events.
However since you have every other achievement it sounds like you have already gotten the true ending. The story as a whole is "to be continued" because there's supposed to be a sequel, but I'm afraid it's very unlikely if it's ever going to be completed.
If you succesfully completed the game after Act 34 and beyond, I'm pretty sure you've experienced everything there is. We can only hope that the sequel is released someday.
As for the missing achievement, you should be able to get it by replaying the relevant section as described in the guide, possibly in a new playthrough if an older save doesn't work.
