Challenge: 3 separate cities without outside cargo connection

Normaly I provide you with ugly mods but this time I present you an ugly map!
The included map should be considered more as a medium for the idea.
Any map with necessary connections and resources could work.

Challenge: 3 separate cities without outside cargo connection.

Farm City
It will have an outside train connection.
Only citizen may arrive by train; no cargo!

Ore City
It will have an outside ship connection.
Only citizen may arrive by ship; no cargo!

Oil City
It will have an outside plane connection.
Only citizen may arrive by plane; no cargo!

Tree- and regular industries are allowed for all cities.

To prevent cargo from the road connection,outside road connection shall not be used.

Only cargo may be transported between cities; no citizen!

To prevent citizen wandering through the pavement network,
road connections between cities shall not be used.

To prevent cargo from ship connection,
ship connections between cities shall not be used.

To prevent cargo from plane connection,
plane connections between cities shall not be used.

Therefore; Only cargo transport by train between cities allowed!

Electric and water services may be shared between cities.

Because of station & ports; 'Unlock All Milestones' mod is required.
Other mods might benefit the gameplay but could be done without; kept optional.
