skin / bodygroups animation setup

Create a several controllers bounds to the skin number and the bodygroup selector of a gamemodel. So you can change them over time.

1. copy 'setup_skin_bodygroups_animation.py' to [sfm folder path]\game\platform\scripts\sfm\animset\
2. apply it same way as you use rig scripts (right click on animation set, 'Rig ->' and choose 'setup_skin_bodygroups_animation'
3. you should get new sliders in animation set: 'Skin' and separate sliders for each bodygroup part
4. ??? (play around with those sliders in Motion Editor or in Graph Editor)
5. profit
