Here are some things that help your trust factor:
- Be active in guides, comments, discussions, groups
-Not reporting or kicking or getting reported much (abuse the report button will be detected by steam and low your trust factor)
-stop abandoning matches
- Many games and many hours
- Play a lot, be active
- Stand out positively (getting commends helps)
-Don’t cheat
- watching a lot of Overwatch games (after every game, will increase your trust factor a lot(If you know that the suspect is cheating press shift+f2 to speed up))
-play other games
