This is a The Grange Park A3.
Type of building: Growable - residential low, level 5.
A small residential building located in the suburb of Auckland, New Zealand.
For the convenient construction of buildings, I merged 3 houses into one.

Yes, I finally finished this house a year later. :)
I kept delaying the creation of this house for later.

Nice modern clean line architecture. Do you have a non-growable version so I can just use RICO to place them in a townhouse cluster area? I don't want growable ones popping up randomly next to my single family suburban homes that are mostly single story houses with some 2 story homes. Keep up your great work.
