Owlaf

Owlaf is an owl... who knew. Each of Owlafs aerials have 2 parts to them.

USPECIAL: Fly straight up a large distance. this move has super armor.
NSPECIAL: An AOE attack, if it hits an enemy it gives a buff to both Owlaf and the enemy that decreases fall speed and enhances the affects of Owlafs specials. if the enemy is buffed the ability hits the enemy 3 times, but does not refresh the buff.
FSPECIAL: A low range projectile attack. If the enemy is buffed the horizontal knockback is stronger and reversed.
DSPECIAL: Command grab that carries the enemy a set distance. If the enemy is buffed the enemy is carried double as far.

Aerials: Each aerial has 2 parts. If part 1 of an aerial is used, the second part of any aerial becomes usable until Owlaf hits the ground or uses the aerial. Owlaf can mix and match different parts of aerials for example Owlaf can use DAIR into FAIR2.

If there are any bugs or problems with Owlaf, please comment them and I'll attempt to fix the issue. I still plan to do some small tweaks to Owlaf.
Some of these tweaks may include:
-Changes to custom sounds.
-Balance changes.
-Bug fixes
-Certain art assets may also be changed.
