Why does so many mods give me a strat tester mod menu like reapers collection also gives me a strat tester menu but doesnt give me the mods... pls help

Was hoping there was the feature from the all-in-one menu that allowed each player in the game to have access of the menu from the start without having to add permissions. Would love to see that either added in or a setting we can change.

I'm having an issue where it is giving me a connection interruption error and then freezes, which is odd for being in offline mode.
