JASDF Kawasaki C-1 transport aircraft

Japan Air Self-Defense Force / KHI C-1 transport aircraft

[UPDATE 2020/05/02]
- add refuel & recharge port
- fixed lights controls
- fixed other minor issues
- modded APU system


This is 1/1 replica of C-1, but it won't transform to the Dragon
I gave her a modernized glass cockpit instead of classic cockpit full of dials.
Please google yourself for the information C-1 in real world.

I like its smart shape of low-bypass ratio engine (P&W JT8D).
C-1 has served for the nation for half century and will be retire soon but it will continue to sortie in this game.

I will continue to work to add details and fix minor issues so please tell me your findings.
It is also my pleasure to see your Impression.

It requires well skilled pilot as same as my previous P-1 patrol aircraft.
You have to keep your eyes on the Instruments and keep her in correct speed to fly.
I think flying this aircraft is little bit difficult compared to other common workshop aircraft.

[Aircraft data]
- 2 x jet engine
- 1 x jet engine as a APU
- +30,000 L jet fuel capacity
- 3 step flaps (max 75 degree)
- 2 step air brake (spoiler)
- 4 step landing brake & parking brake
- Autopilot ( HDG, ALT)
- TACAN / GPS guidance system

[ENGINE FIRE DETECTION & FIRE EXTINGUISH SYSTEM]
It has fire detection and extinguish system.
Shut fuel valve off at first and turn on fire extinguisher next.

[NAVIGATION SELECTOR]
You can choose navigation from NAV(Keyinput, waypoint) and TACAN .

[WAYPOINT MANAGER]
You can input 3 waypoint in it.
Use large keyboard to input number and push "set" on the screen.
Autopilot refers selected (shown on monitor) waypoint.

[TACAN]
Set TACAN frequency between 0 ~ 999MHz.
Composite ch1 = GPS X, ch2 = GPS Y

NOTE : TACAN station should be prepared by yourself

[RADIO]
You can select channel between 0 ~ 999MHz.

[Capacity]
2 x HUMVEE size vehicle or 1 x medium size truck
3 x 463L palette
26 x passenger seat

NOTE : you can use small connector to secure the vehicle / cargo
NOTE : Load collapse will cause fatal accident so you must check and check the cargo secured in position.

[Cargo drop]
1. secure cargo by switch at near the cargo ramp.
(turn on the brake of sliding connector gripper)
2. press "5" to open cargo door & ramp
3. press "6" to release brake = deploy cargo.

NOTE : I believe you have an ability to make automatic deploying parachute system by yourself.
( I put sample in a corner for reference )
NOTE : Brakes will released by in stages from rear to front section if you press "6" to release the brakes.
NOTE : All the brakes will released in same time if you use switches at rear section to release the brakes.

2. launch stormworks and go up to 1000ft.
3. get parachute from parachute storage at mid front section.
4. open jump door at rear section
5. wait the signal shows green.
6. get out of my plane.

NOTE : jump signals can be controlled from cockpit.

I have checked that the basic functions work properly = it flies.
so I don't wanna see an idiotic comment such as "it won't move".
If it happens, launch "advanced mode" or throw away your wooden PC and buy new one.
