Dream City edited by Temptica. I managed to get all the traffic gone, by adding one way streets. All vanilla roads, no move it, or no other mods that chanche the Vanilla game play ( except some tools to find roads, fences etc more easilly). I think it could use some more modifications but I'll let that up to you. It's your dream city after all :D
