[Z or Enter] = Confirm, (also to read signs)
[X or Shift] = Cancel
[C or Ctrl] = In-game Menu
[F4] = Fullscreen
[Hold Esc] = Quit
About Saves:
If you just started or was away from the game for long, and curious to know how to Save the game, it's the yellow star.
Save file location:
This is especially useful for 'Genocide' walkthrough or simply to keep some place safe, as there's no Steam Cloud feature.

The save files are found here:

C:\Users\YOUR USER\AppData\Local\UNDERTALE

Note: AppData is a hidden folder. You may need to choose in settings to show hidden folders
