上海汇丰银行大楼，在上海外滩中山东一路12号，又名市府大楼，1925年建造，今天是上海浦东发展银行的总部驻地。汇丰在1990年代曾经与上海市政府接触，想购回大楼，但最终因价格原因没有实现。汇丰银行大楼除了华丽，这还是一幢充满历史感的建筑，汇丰银行，市政府和浦东发展银行曾先后使用过此楼。
Shanghai HSBC Bank building, also known as the municipal building, is located at No. 12, Zhongshan East 1st Road, the Bund of Shanghai. It was built in 1925 and is now the headquarters of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank. HSBC contacted the Shanghai municipal government in the 1990s to buy back the building, but it failed to do so because of the price. In addition to its magnificence, the HSBC building is also a historic building, which has been used successively by HSBC, the municipal government and Pudong Development Bank.
