I too have noticed they spawn automatically instead of actual homes. Can you share how to adjust this, or point us in the direction of where I can find them answer. Many Thanks!

A stupid question... If I place one of these in a commercial building, will it upgrade to L2 etc. when the conditions are right?

Thanks Naylin - these block services are a revolution! I have one question about the Residential services... I noticed that they are spawning in residential zoned areas. Is there any way to prevent this?
