Sea Shark (HV)

The Sea Shark was intended to be a submersible rover for exploring the depths.
It does not submerge as well as I had hoped for; but it is fast in the water and you can use
it to explore the deep oceans of many different worlds. It does the job pretty well, it just won't
submerge all the way.

(I think it's a mechanic of the game that won't let it go under water all the way.)

It's cheap to build and it's a fast hover craft. It holds three and has plenty of cargo room.
No weapons on board as it was intended to explore under the water.

Feel free to edit or improve it for your style of play.
