Assets/Artifacts/Stats/Spells done. Tweaking spells remain. Elphelt Valentine from the Guilty Gear series joins One Step from Eden! Glass Cannon with fun spells that resemble her gameplay in the fighting game. Hell mode variant added.

Finally at a point where I'm content with what I've created!

Found out there were Hell modes where hostages are kill or be killed so I added a variant. A safer, less scaling variant with a pull integrated. Thank you for your feedback!
