By using this, players in game will be able to tell whether or not you have equipped an Aghanims Scepter. Just want to make things clear. Valve does not accept custom particle effects. The only one who can create these particle effects are Valve themselves. If Valve likes the chest, they will likely add custom particle effects similar to what they did with the Brewmaster Aghanim's Scepter cosmetic.
