TL;DR
I find Daze more useful than Bind, all things considered. And there are players that say those two parts cant be combined (tho possible) coz they offset each other's effect
"Daze increases the chance that enemy will be stunned (increases weapon's stun power)
Bind prolongs the effect of stun, making enemies exposed to melee attack longer."
Daze doesn't necessarily mean only on stronger weapons. But I find it works well with handgun, shotty and magnum. Ofc you can put it also to a rifle and u have a long range magnum 😂
Daze literally has more "stopping power" than Bind, ironically.
Bind only works well in machine gun, as far as my experience is concern. But I could be wrong. Another thing is Bind works well against Draghignazzo.
