Actually, I don't know what is problem with your screenshot. what is mean "dont fit together as you can see" ?
if you mean buildings style or height don't fit together, that is because they are different buildings of different models.
or, if you mean position of buildings doesn't fit on grid, because almost of my buildings are smaller or narrower than grid size(multiples of 8m). it seems you already using Move-it mod. if so, just drag building and move it.
actually, this is not really problem. I always write on description, "its size is narrower than grid / doesn't fit grid! use move -it mod!" so, I think, almost of people doesn't care about that problem except people who don't using Move-it mod.
anyway, i will not change origin(position) of my models, because, many people are using these already, if i change the position of model, it will influence to many people who are using my asset.

now, I'm fixing my assets (narrow building 1~3). it doesn't have functionally issue. I'm fixing texture of these buildings. it will look better.
