To get the achievement "the cave" do I have to enter the well?

You have to wait a while for it to grow if I remember correctly. And plant it on the right spot

How do you get up that last ledge? I planted a mushroom and I'm expecting it to grow so i can use it to climb. If anyone knows, please do tell me.

I'm not sure how much this will help, but I figured out that if you sit in the map room long enough for it to zoom out, and then remember the spot to come back to it, it'll take a screenshot to save the location, and that screenshot will end up being a low-res small version of this that's pretty handy to reference.

Most work was done by DmitryJS (see the link). I've added some rooms, missing from the original map and links between doors. I made sceenshots at FullHD then scaled them down to fit the existing image.
