I freakin loved the first Budget Cuts and was so hyped for the sequel.  So while I'm in self-isolation due to a certain disease and probably going to get laid off, why not play a game that is a major catharsis factor for the working force?  Anyway, this game is a great continuation of the first.  Maybe not as good a game as the first, but still a darn good game.
