UPDATED TO 1.34 - SWEDEN COMPATIBLE
This is a very small mod which focuses on making colonial revolutions much more common in the late game.

What it does:

Increases a colony's liberty desire per development point. No longer will a small nation like Portugal be able to hold a huge and densely populated colony like Brazil in the 1750-1800s unless it actively tries to through modifiers and ideas.
Changes one of the abilities from the Age of Revolutions which used to grant -33% colonial liberty desire per development. It now grants -15%.

This mod is not compatible with overhaul mods and in general any mod which changes subject interactions and/or age modifiers.

if this is still being updated, would it be possible to increase the liberty desire from the overlord not having a big enough navy?
