The very beginning of hell on earth is the best place to get Close Call. 3 zombies in the opening room, just kill two of them and bfg the last.

For those wondering how to get close call you need to kill ONE zombie with it. If you kill anything else with the BFG projectile or miss the zombie then it wont work. Best thing to do is single out one zombie and make sure nothing else is in the arena/map area and direct hit it.
