thye keep move things around in links, keep in mind this help was so long ago and all i did was point to external solution, this was not common back then, today user most learn to research topic with outdate game that dont match same OS.
i did not had dgvoodoo that was another user that learn this later. and graphic is even better with that.
Steam can only use the Files they becomme from the Publisher.
Steam only sale Games.
Steam dont program any games.

The following two items are old attempts at fixing RT3's problems with some newer graphics cards.
These old fixes are not really recommended anymore. dgVoodoo is a better option for most people.
