Neon Beats 100% Achievement Guide

So within in this guide I will provide details that will allow anyone to get 100% of the achievements in the game based on the day it was released. I will provide updates if needed later. Some achievements are just playing through the game while others need a bit of explanation to complete them. I will provide video demonstrations to help clarify the locations of collectibles when necessary. (Including DLC) :)

1.) Introduction

Welcome to my 100% achievement guide hopefully I can help you on your journey to get all the achievements the only way I know how. Knowledge. We have 27 achievements to get through so we have some work ahead of us. Also I will mark these achievements with difficulties to help show the time spent to obtain each achievement, they go as follows.

Easy = Requires no effort and is usually obtained without trying
Medium = Requiring a bit of time, not too difficult
Hard = Will take quite a lot of time to complete

Note: For levels that require to do a level without dying/quickly/getting all collectibles I will be doing the 1st level in the base game for simplicity. Also there are timestamps in the description of the videos if you want to find a certain collectible.

Alright lets begin.

2.) Base Game Achievements (10 achievements)

Achievement: "Simple, Basic"

Task to Achieve: Complete the Tutorial level
Difficulty: Easy

Achievement: "Beginner"

Task to Achieve: Complete the First level
Difficulty: Easy

Achievement: "Expert"

Task to Achieve: Complete the Second level
Difficulty: Easy

Achievement: "Master"

Task to Achieve: Complete the Third level
Difficulty: Easy

Achievement: "Yes, only 3 levels..."

Task to Achieve: Complete the first three levels + the tutorial
Difficulty: Easy

Achievement: "Catch'em all!"

Task to achieve: Collect all collectibles of a level
Difficulty: Medium
Tip: Refer to the video under the You got it achievement

Achievement: "Neon never dies!"

Task to Achieve: Complete a level without dying
Difficulty: Medium
Tip: Refer to the video under the You got it achievement

Achievement: "Beats & Furious"

Task to Achieve: Complete a level quickly
Difficulty: Medium
Tip: Refer to the video under the You got it achievement

Achievement: "You got it!"

Task to Achieve: Complete one level quickly, without dying and with all the collectibles
Difficulty: Medium

Achievement: "Neon BEAST!"

Task to Achieve: Complete all levels quickly, without dying and with all the collectibles (First three levels + the tutorial)

Achievement: "A beat further..."

Task to Achieve: Complete the 4th level
Difficulty: Medium

Achievement: "Day 146 among them, no one suspect a thing"

Task to Achieve: Become a spike in the 4th level
Difficulty: Medium

Achievement: "Feeling it!"

Task to Achieve: Complete the 4th level quickly without dying with all collectibles.
Difficulty: Hard

Achievement: "Finding your marks yet?"

Task to Achieve: Complete the 5th level
Difficulty: Medium

Achievement: "Feeling it a bit too much..!"

Task to Achieve: Complete the 5th level quickly without dying with all collectibles
Difficulty: Hard

Achievement: "Good vibes."

Task to Achieve: Complete the 6th level
Difficulty: Medium

Achievement: "It's a bird! It's a plane! It's supercube!"

Task to Achieve: Find the last collectibles in the 6th level
Difficulty: Medium

Achievement: "They can't reach you!"

Task to Achieve: Move on the topside of the spikes corridor in the 6th level
Difficulty: Medium

Achievement: "My controller seems hot..?"

Task to Achieve: Complete the 6th level quickly without dying with all collectibles
Difficulty: Hard

Achievement: "Good luck for the next one..."

Task to Achieve: Complete the 7th level
Difficulty: Medium

Achievement: "My controller is on fire"

Achievement: "What a speedrunner"

Task to Achieve: Complete the 8th level under 2min40
Difficulty: Hard | Even if you die in the level you can still get the achievement just as long as you are under the time limit

Achievement: "Call 911"

Task to Achieve: Complete the 8th level quickly without dying with all collectibles
Difficulty: Hard

Achievement: "God? Is that you?"

Task to Achieve: Complete all DLC levels quickly without dying with all collectibles.
Difficulty: Hard

Ok found the solution - you have to keep the cube in the middle of the elevator,and not press any buttons until the cube jumps to the first platform. Managed to get the achievement

Neon Beats Level 8 all collectibles - what are you supposed to do in 2:27 ? Regardless of me holding D or clicking spacebar when jumping I always fell below the level and did not manage to get on the platform,only after I died. Is there a trick I'm missing ?

I am not entirely sure how fast you need to beat each level to qualify as quickly. The developer made a post that for the Tutorial, Level 1 and Level 3 you need to beat the time of 2 minutes and for Level 2 you need to be beat the time of 3 minutes. Everything included in the DLC I can't fully confirm since I can't find any developer posts about it but I can only assume that my videos fall under quickly but If they don't I would recommend aiming for a time under 2 to 3 minutes depending on the DLC level. If you could let me know the times you got when you get the achievement it could help me provide a good range on what qualifies as being done quickly. Sorry I can't confirm any concrete answer. I hope this helps you.
