Police Boat (Harbor Patrol?)

This (as the title would suggest) is a fairly basic Police Boat thing. Nothing too special or advanced, but it can still get the job done!

Operating Procedure?
This boat doesn't have any special operating procedure or anything. Just turn the ignition key, engage the clutch (use Arrow keys), and off you go (w/s for throttle)! Make sure to read the controls posted on the helm, this will tell you what to do. Also, remember that, once you have activated the key button and started the engines, DO NOT turn off the key button, as this will turn off/kill the engines. Also, if you try to switch to the reverse mode while stationary, you may have to restart the engines (turn the key off, and then turn it on again).
Please note that, while the w/s controls for the Throttle are not "Sticky", the Up/Down controls for the Clutch are. This means that you will only have to hold the "w" key to move, while the Clutch will not automatically reset.

Extra Notes
(I am not the greatest builder in the world, so if you see any issues with this creation, notify me!)
Also, I already know that the reverse mode is kind of messed up, but I don't feel like fixing it right now. If you can, feel free to do so.
