Follow the Narrators story (As hard as that may be...) and when you get to the Mind Controll Facility click all the buttons untill you get to the elevator.

When the Elevator arrives and the gate opens DO NOT GET ON IT, wait a few seconds untill the gates behind you open back up, i know it might take a while but they will open back up. When they do, backtrack untill you get to the first button, Click it again and turn the lights off...

and then DANCE!
