Hate it when your colonists go on insulting sprees all the time? Every time they break? Ten times in a row, then they die to a mech cluster?

Me too.

The insulting spree (and the targeted version) are changed in the following ways:

Intensity: Minor --> Major
Maximum duration: 45,000 ticks --> 20,000 ticks
Minimum duration: 25,000 ticks --> 2,500 ticks
Base event chance: 0.5 --> 0.15
