About the model
This is a set of 6 tripledecker variations. Some have a flat roof, some are mixed. They are all colormapped. If you want more colors or some more variations I´d suggest to use TPB color changer mod. Definately some interesting results! There's not many props to go with these.

About the models

These models have between 1700 and 3300 tris and a 1536x512 texture , with a diffuse, normal, illumination, color and specularmap.These models have a custom LoD, which is between 60-200 tris with a 256x128 texture, with a diffuse, specular, color and illumination map. These all share texturemaps if you use the loadingscreenmod and only one of the texturemapsets will be loaded.

I created a set of roads to go with these. You can see them on the screenshots. These will be released later.

RICO
If you want these buildings added to your RICO buildings, add it in the settings menu, under growables. I recommend using the realistic population mod, this will calculate the amount of occupants in the building.
