Right click on Portal 2 in your library and click "Browse local files". Then, in the opened file explorer window, navigate to portal2_dlc2/maps (assuming that is where you installed the mod), and open sp_a4_laser_catapult_commentary.txt with a text editor.
Press Ctrl+F (or Command+F if you're on Mac) and type 2061. Click "Find" to jump to that number, and look for InstanceAuto24-blue_dropper-initial_spawn.
If you found it, you may have noticed that the string isn't fully wrapped in quotation marks. Add the missing quotation mark at the end of the string, and save the file by doing Ctrl+S (or Command+S on Mac). The map should work now when both players fully load in.
